Hi, my names Cath and I’m trying to locate my late fathers Lysander Kimbole. He built it in the late 60’s and launched her in 74. Sadly when he died in 2003 my brother took over her care but let her go to rack and ruin in dry dock in Defford. I’ve managed to find out she went to an older gent in Gloucester who was restoring her in his garden. More recently he contacted the LOA to help him find a new home for her. I understand she went to a man in Leicester. This is where my trail runs dry. I would dearly love to hear that she is still being enjoyed by someone. My dad put heart and soul into building her, I do hope someone is benefitting from that. I have lovely photos to share .
